Tornados!
Hey everyone,
Yesterday was really intense!! We had three tornados in canberra. They have only released were two of them were in the news, the worst one was in Fyshwick and the next one released was in Woden! Like 100metres from here at some point!! It was really quite freaky.. Within a couple of blocks from here there's been at least 80 trees pulled out, tiles off peoples roofes, half the street is blocked off because all the power lines are down.. It's crazy! Who would have expected canberra to have a tornado at all, let alone three!.. (lucky they weren't big ones) One man died the suburb across from us and the Hospital across the road was also damaged.
It was really wierd, Me and Liz went to woden, walked inside in T-shirts it was sunny and hot and everything, about 1/2 an hour later we walked outside and it was POORING rain and really windy and insane..
So yeah, that's Canberra's excitment for the week..
