Wagga Trip
Hey,
Well i drove down to Wagga yesterday and back tonight, the trip actually turned out pretty good. I got to Wagga around 1pm and went and saw my mum and went down to the music store with her. Spent a $50 gift voucher, which was good. Got a big book with most guitar chords, so if i get a random one i can see what it is. I also got a Green Day sheet music book. After that i met up with Cameron and saw Stacey and Rachel and me and Rachel went to Emma's to see her. Around 11pm me and Rachel went into town and met up with Cameron and went to a pub and a club, watched a a band - the lady was a really good singer, played some pokies - betting like 1c at a time :P heh, had a few drinks. Got back to my parents a bit after 3am and my mum walked out of her room when i walked through the door and we were talking about stuff till about 4am then went to bed. In the morning i woke up and Trevor did all this stuff to my car like wash it, fill up the tank, fix the air in the tyres. I had lunch with mum and just chatted for a bit then i went and met up with Cameron and Megan. We met up at the Rug Sale thing at the showgrounds (pretty random i know) and one person i've been trying to contact for about a week to meet up with was there (Seany) so i got his number again and chatted for a bit. Then Cameron, Megan and I went to Camerons and saw Josh and Kellie (both of which i don't think i've seen since i moved to Canberra). We hung out for a bit then went into town and went to Flame Grilled Chicken. At about 6 i started heading back to Canberra. Some guy with a horse float was driving down the highway going about 10ks over and then when the highway went to one lane he decided to drop back to 60k! Continued on at 60k untill it went back to doube lanes and then he went back to 10ks over! I do not see any reason to go 60k on a 100k highway, especially if it's only 1 lane at that part. Other than that it was a pretty good weekend and i got there and back safely (all thou my car needs all this shit done to it). Now back to work tomorrow..
