Telstra

I know i bitch about telstra alot, but if they didn't screw me around i wouldn't!. Latest issues are i sent $200 to telstra a while ago and they didn't put it on my account so i logged a credit reimbursement thingie and they found it, added it to my account. They then sent me a bill saying i'm in about $200 credit. I then this month received a bill saying i owe the amount for this months bill. I called telstra and spoke to billing who advised they never recieved the money and that none of my bills say i am in credit. So i login to my netbank and i cannot find any bills saying i'm in credit, the bill has disappeared. So i get told i need to get all the netbank info and log another credit reimbursement. So i called netbank and got all the information (ref no.s and stuff), they said the transaction went through to telstra. So i call Telstra back and go to log another credit reimbursement and they tell me that i've only been with telstra for last month and this month and that they cannot log a reimbursement because i wasn't with telstra when i sent that money. I then tell them that i have regretebly been with telstra for about 3 years and she gets real bitchy and acts as if i'm lieing. I have all the reference numbers, the bill infront of my that says that i am in credit and she says the account number on that bill doesn't exist and never has. WTF? She then basically tells me there is nothing they can do for me and to just pay my bill. So i went off at this chick, told her she wasn't getting any money and that i'm going back to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman because they are too freeking hopeless and have no idea what they are doing. I'm sick of it! They are so fucking pathetic and have no idea what they are doing. Another issue i've been having is with my ADSL2! I was ment to be transfered over to ADSL2. They unpatched me and must have run out of time on friday afternoon and just went home without plugging everyone into adsl2. Oh, and they don't work overthe weekend! So i had no internet for like 3-4 days!. Really horrible part is i'm not even with telstra or running off telstras hardware!! But because it's in telstras exchange and using their phone lines internode arn't allowed to do any of the work. I'm not even with telstra for my internets and they're still fucking me around! Now i am finally connected i'm only running at about 6.5m with intermittant dropouts all the time! This is because we have 50/56dbs of noise on our line!. We're basically on the limit of no you cannot have broadband at all. We are also physically a few hundred metres from our exchange, but we are2 3.5ks away with the cables!. So because of cheap wiring that is also running all over the place before it gets here we have crappy internets. Not fucking happy! :(
