TIO

So i called the TIO and had a bitch and explained my situation. They agree with me and say telstra is screwing me around and being dodgy. He then gave me a TIO reference number and a sepecial number in telstra to ring. I then recieved a call about 1/2 an hour later asking some info. They chased some stuff up and called me 1/2 an hour later saying they found the money and it'll be on my telstra account sometime in the next 10-14 days.

Weeks of calling them and getting nowere. I call the TIO and they fix it in an hour!
